with McNair and Patty A very special adventure for younger first-time meditators. Every parent wants their child to be happy, healthy, and fulfilled in life. Kid's meditation class is a perfect place to introduce meditation to children and promotes inner strength and emotional well-being. In these monthly classes, children will be gently guided into fun and relaxing meditations, as well as methods to calm their minds and deal with negative feelings. Classes include a short discussion about everyday experiences relevant to children, guided meditation and fun activities that foster habits such as kindness, cooperation, patience, and giving. Suitable for children in Grades 1-5. Everyone welcome. $5 per child Pre-registration is requested.
