In 2003 Judy was commissioned to participate in the"Miles of Mules" public art project, which placed hundreds of fiberglass mules, decorated by area artists, throughout eastern Pennsylvania. The Mules were auctioned at the Michener Museum in New Hope Pa The proceeds benefited local charities. "Marshall Law" was created to commemorate the history and architecture of her home town, Newtown.
